Beautiful French Orientalist Watercolor Drawing, Pleasure House, Signature E.s, Porto 1852

This is a high quality watercolor drawing on the famous subject of a pleasure house or a slave trader. In the opening on the left, the merchant and a customer are discussing business, while in the center, 4 women and child are resting in the room. On the floor, a carpet on which a hookah rests, a pile of colored cushions on which one of the women is leaning. Beautiful finesse of details and colors, work with light and shadow, signature in the lower right corner "ES" located in Porto, dated 1852, and bearing the words "not finished" .. Probably a high quality painting project that I am offering you today! This drawing deserves a beautiful frame, which I unfortunately do not have at my disposal!
Good general condition, note all the same a very slight tear in the lower right corner, clearly mentioned in my detailed photos. Thank you for looking at them carefully, I am not hiding anything!!
