Very beautiful bronze of the oriental water carrier.
Several patinas (chocolate, medal and black), this bronze is signed on the terrace between the feet.

Louis-Auguste Hiolin (born in 1846 in Septmonts and died in 1910 in Silly-la-Poterie, in Aisne), sculptor member of the Society of French Artists who exhibited regularly at the Salon from 1874 to 1904, author of the monument to the dead of the war of 1870-1871 (1901; Soissons) and the monument to Jean Racine as a child (1910; La Ferté-Milon)
