Three-quarter length portrait of a woman wearing a turban on her head. Probably a woman from the east. Beautiful contrast of colors, beautiful workmanship. Signed lower left “Ed. Zawiski”. Good condition. Dimensions: With frame: 62 x 52.5 cm 55.5 x 46 cm Painted and exhibited in Parisian salons in 1892 and 1903 in particular. We find watercolors by the artist in Aubervilliers where he was a school teacher.
