Dandy's Cane, Enhanced With Gold And Lapis Lazuli
Lovely dandy's cane, circa 1920, made from precious caramel-tinted wood, enhanced with two fine gold rings (hallmarked) between which a lapis lazuli ornament brings its brilliance. A reminder of lapis lazuli finishes the handle , repaired with gold. The ground rail is made of brown horn. Extremely refined, this cane recalls a time when, in addition to this jewel, a man of quality did not go out without a glove or without a hat. Clearly, everything is lost....
