Set of 5 drawings, costume projects for the revival of Alphée et Aréthuse ballet act on November 5, 1772 in Fontainebleau Aréthuse ou la vengeance de l'Amour, Opera ballet in a prologue (which takes place in the gardens of Marly) and three entrances (the Underworld, the Sea and the Earth). libretto by Danchet based on Ovid's Metamorphoses, music by Campra and Dauvergne. the creation at the Royal Academy of Music on July 14, 1701 was not very successful and it was under the name of Alphée et Aréthuse that the ballet act was revived from 1752.
