French school of the 18th century, portrait of a lady of the aristocracy from the Louis XV period, oil on canvas in a wooden frame gilded with gold leaf from the Loluis XVI period. Our aristocrat wears a wig under a tulle shawl, a beautiful black dress with a fine lace collar and her hands hidden in a mink hand warmer muff. The woman is elegant with beautiful blue eyes. Beautiful portrait with elegant features, very well executed. Unsigned but well made. The whole is in excellent condition; painting and frame have been cleaned.
