Large Louis XIV Period Armchair - Circa 1710-1720
French late Louis XIV period so-called a la Reine armchair. Parisian work, 18th century circ, 1710 - 1742. Large size, very richly carved decoration. Our armchair is covered with a beautiful Regency style red silk fabric from Tassinari & Chatel manufacture. The seat is in excellent condition, it is over 300 years old.
