Elegant , unadorned Biedermeier bookcase in solid walnut wood and veneer from Austria circa 1825. Solid walnut body with sloping edges. Blackened cornice and plinth. 3 glass writing desks with walnut dividers. Old lock, exterior with blackened diamond key, coat of arms. Walnut veneer as standard downstairs in front of the door. Inside 4 deeper shelves and 1 built-in shelf covered in black fabric.
