Magnificent small Biedermeier chest of drawers or two-drawer chest of drawers in Franconian cherry, Germany, circa 1820. Cherry veneer over soft and solid wood. It stands on tall, slightly curved square legs. Ebonized trims, key escutcheons, and half-columns. Antique gilt capitals and bases. Original locks and 1 key. Restored, hand-polished with shellac.
