A magnificent pair of superbly restored Neoclassical Empire Venetian bedside tables, nightstands or column cabinets from northern Italy, circa 1810.
Walnut, veneered over softwood and solid walnut. Two solid columns with gilt-leaf capitals and bases. One door to the bottom with original brass lion head and ring fittings. One drawer to the top with brass knob. Restored condition, hand-polished with shellac.
