A Silver Shaker From Sheffield, By Walker & Hall
Artist: Walker & Hall
Featured is a beautiful Walker & Hall Sterling Silver Roulette or Shaker. This coin dates from around 1927/1928, although it is a reproduction of a much older English coin, from the 18th century. The caster is made in a beautiful Queen Anne shape, with panels and an ornate pierced lid. The shaker is well made, with a nice feeling of weight in hand. Easily large enough to use as a muffin, great for cinnamon/sugar mix, powdered sugar or whatever else you fancy.
This piece is in good condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no tears, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs.
The bottom of the piece is stamped with the Walker & Hall Sheffield stamp, weight 237gr. Mark of the company Walker & Hall, hallmark of Sheffield 1927/1928.
