The Young Man Working In His Studio
Oil on cardboard, representing a young Arab wearing a tarbouch, seated on the ground working on the sculpture of the motifs of a copper work. The walls of the studio are lined with his creations, a large copper lamp placed in front of him. this painting was certainly made in the 1940s and 1950s. a signature is present but difficult to decipher. a contemporary frame accompanies this lovely document.
