Many Chinese figures playing behind a bridge crossing a rippling river with mountains in the background and another group with dancers and musicians playing zither, drum, flute, lute and string and wind instruments (sheng). Behind them are the roofs of traditional houses as well as various mountains and hills. Origin: Japan. Period: early Edo (1603-1868).
