Superb and elegant clock from Lepage to Versailles late 18th century in gilded bronze. It rests on 4 small turned bronze feet surmounted by a blackened wooden terrace decorated with chiseled bronze plaques. The clock resting on a base decorated with garlands and vine leaves with spandrels is decorated with military attributes. The Roman numeral dial rests on a fluted half column and is surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves, the whole is topped with a garland potpourri.
