French school circa 1810: "Young blonde with earrings", miniature on ivory diameter approximately 6 cm, mounted in a wooden frame with a brass frieze 12.3 X 12.3 cm. Very slight égrenures of the glass at the bottom left and lighter trace on the periphery in the same place. This young blonde woman with blue eyes and gold earrings is made using a technique of exceptional finesse that the photographs do not reflect.
