Louis Philippe period desk in walnut. This model is a so-called "piano" desk, the top is mounted on slides and moves forward when opened. This desk is of good quality, the interiors of the drawers are in solid oak. The bottom right drawer is equipped with its empty pocket compartment and its rear slider. There is a locking system: when the desk is locked, all the upper drawers are blocked. The top is covered with patinated leather, the interiors above the top are in precious wood (rosewood).
