Extremely rare map of Tonkin (written Tunquin) executed at the end of the 18th century by Canu, on laid paper. These are the very first maps of this region of the globe. Good general condition, paper a little crumpled, wet, slightly cropped edges (small reinforcements on peripheral tears with a sticky paper with neutral pH and very reversible).
