Box In Hard Stones.
This oval shaped box is in lapis lazuli on one side and in snake jasper on the other side, the rim is in pomponne. The gilded frame is adorned with a small guilloche frieze, it presents some alterations of the gilding. Nevertheless, it has retained a very beautiful shine which brings out and highlights the beautiful and delicate design of the veins of the stones. XIXth century. Dimensions 3.6 cm x 3.2 cm, height 2 cm.
