Important Art-nouveau Frizzle To Restore

French school at the end of the 19th century "Frieze of the fireplace", oil on canvas to be restored 51 X 201 cm.
The title is given by an annotation in pencil on the back indicating the place from which it was detached (there are remains of plaster on the back).
The very Art-Nouveau spirit set presents a rococo cartouche bearing the initial "S" from which sprays of flowers and reeds spring up.
The canvas was rolled up for a long time and has many chips and a small lack on the edge.
