The pictorial style recalls French Romanticism but the figurative apparatus follows that of the Venetian painter Giuseppe Bernardino Bison (Palmanova, June 16, 1762 - Milan, August 24, 1844).
It is probably a tempera painting on canvas from Veneto or northern Italy. The painting has an original lacquered frame and is placed under glass. Its measures are 37 x 45 cm. The sale will be accompanied by a historical guarantee of authenticity.
