Mid 19th Century Napoleon III Cabinet
Elegant and distinctive wardrobe entirely veneered in
fine mahogany feather, with oak interiors. Characterized by a linear
silhouette, it features onion feet and articulated moldings in the upper part.
To give further refinement are the inserts in lost wax cast and gilded bronze,
which adorn the front part with a touch of classicism, through geometric
motifs, phytomorphs, sphinxes, cupids and torch holders. The furniture also
features two doors that open via a lock, and the interior includes three
ergonomic shelves for storing items. The wardrobe is designed with
extraordinary attention to detail, so much so that it locks independently
thanks to four antique locks. It is a piece of furniture of unquestionable
class and elegance, capable of enriching any environment with a touch of class
and antiquity. French manufacture from the Napoleon III period, around the
mid-19th century.
