A lovely Venetian mirror made of gilded wood, with some flaking of the gilding and a few age-related cracks. Regilded in the 20th century. The frame has been restored. The back is traditionally painted with ochre. The glass is slightly pitted. Very decorative and sturdy. 18th or 19th century. Italy.
