Cartier Trinity Large Model Ring, Three Golds, 1997, In Its Case

The legendary Trinity ring from CARTIER, in its large size, features three intertwined, movable bands crafted from 750/°° gold (18 KT, eagle-head hallmark), traditionally available in yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.

Created in 1924 by Louis Cartier, the Trinity has become one of the most iconic creations of the renowned French jewelry house. Its design, remarkably modern for its time, features three intertwined bands with clean, generously rounded lines; the three colors of gold traditionally symbolize love for rose gold, fidelity for yellow gold, and friendship for white gold.

This ring is the large-size version, particularly striking for its substantial proportions and the presence it makes on the finger. Each of its three bands is 4.5 mm wide, giving the ring as a whole a more assertive and sculptural aesthetic than that of the classic version, while retaining the harmony and understated elegance characteristic of this iconic model.

Created in 1997, this ring is also notable as a vintage version of the Trinity, whose generous proportions and weight of 15.96 grams attest to its substantial gold content.
