Officer's Table Clock Or Travel Alarm Clock In Its Case, With Bell Chime
Artist: Inconnu
A brass and glass travel clock, also known as an "officer's clock," from the 1880s–1900s.
In its original case, complete with its key and dial protector, which stores on the back of the clock.
Alarm function with a gong.
In beautiful original condition, but it appears to be jammed; the springs are not broken, and the pendulum does not move.
This clock has been out of use for a very long time; it comes from a Breton estate.
The leather-covered wooden box has some damage, as visible in the photos.
The clock measures 11.8 cm in height (excluding the handle) and 8.5 cm in length.
