Small Evening Painting In Kerscoff Morlaix At High Tide By Victor Ménard Brittany Finistère
Artist: Victor Pierre Ménard (1857-1938)
Charming painting representing a water point in the evening at Kerscoff at high tide, I am thinking of Morlaix (29) where there is the coastal river; the Morlaix river.
Signed Victor Ménard * lower left.
Presence of old exhibition labels at the bottom right and on the back.
Probably painted around 1890-1910.
Two other paintings by this painter are posted online.
Dimensions without frame 25cm x 16cm.
To be cleaned, small paint losses towards the bottom in the center.
