Meissen Tea And Coffee Set For Six People, Germany, 20th Century

Porcelain tea and coffee set for six people, crafted by the renowned Meissen porcelain manufactory. The set consists of 22 pieces and is an elegant interpretation of the late Rococo style with Neo-Rococo elements, characteristic of 20th-century Meissen production. The brilliant white porcelain is richly adorned with raised gilding and delicate, hand-painted polychrome decoration featuring small, freely scattered floral motifs. The wavy rims, sculptural gilded volutes, and elegant handles emphasize the sculptural quality of the forms and evoke the manufactory’s classic designs. The balanced and stately composition makes this service suitable as a presentation set for a ceremonial table and a collector’s home.
