It features a functional peephole (or peephole)that opens inward via a small, independent flap mountedon its original wrought-iron hinges.
The reverse side reveals the raw structure of the planks, theof the nails hammered flat at the forge, as well as its four large originalwrought-iron hinges ending in pretty stylized pointed motifsor slight scrolls (15th–16th century).
