THE BARNYARD
Oil on canvas signed lower left, depicting a lively barnyard with hens, a rooster, and rabbits.
In a farmyard bathed in warm tones, the animals gather around their feeder. The wooden door, the straw, and the baskets create a simple and familiar setting.
The scene, full of life yet retaining all its gentleness, evokes with nostalgia the charm of the countryside and the daily rhythms of farm life. The artist’s warm palette and supple brushwork lend this composition an intimate and endearing quality.

The canvas has been recently cleaned and features a few minor restorations. It is now in perfect exhibition condition.
