Louis XV-era Walnut Chest Of Drawers
Elegant antique walnut chest of drawers, featuring three wide drawers on the front,
richly adorned with carved recessed decorations.
The front features remarkable carved foliage scrolls and floral motifs,
punctuated by keyholes and bronze handles with floral decoration.
The drawers are separated by molded crossbars and rest on a short,
slightly curved base.
The piece is topped by a overhanging shelf with a corbin-style edge, accented by molding
on the front and sides. The side panels are also adorned with carved motifs.
The piece as a whole features a beautiful, warm, and deep patina, and the interiors are well-finished and polished.
