Large Transition period chest of drawers, with rosewood veneer cross-shaped marquetry in rosewood frames. This chest of drawers has the particularity of having a top that is also inlaid.
The frame is in oak, the locks are original as are the bronzes. The quality of execution, the assemblies of the assembly make us think that it is a Parisian piece of furniture, probably made to order because it is very rare to see this kind of top so inlaid. And yet it is original, that is certain.
This chest of drawers has been revised, restored and varnished in our workshop. It is therefore in perfect condition.
