Small Louis XV chest of drawers in between in kingwood and rosewood veneer framed with lemon tree fillets. Original gray ocher veined and molded marble top. It opens with 2 drawers (oak interiors) and rests on 4 curved legs, those at the front finished with bronze clogs. Oak back. Curved front and sides. Many original bronze ornaments: handles, falls, entrances, moldings.. It is stamped 'ELLAUME and JME' Jean-Charles ELLAUME, received master cabinetmaker in Paris on November 6, 1754. JME for Jurande of Master Cabinetmakers. ******** Louis XV period - 18th century Perfect condition after restoration, removal, cleaning and refitting of the bronzes.
