Small Normandy Two-body Buffet In Oak
Small two-body sideboard in solid oak from the 19th century. This piece of furniture from Normandy is finely carved. The front legs are rounded and decorated with geometric sculptures, and end with a shell. The door panels are mounted on flat strips and the outline is highlighted by a string of drops. A flower basket is carved on the lower panel of the upper doors. The patina is rather light for oak, the interiors are in a glazed finish. The pins are in bronze.
