Made of gilded copper, our pastoral crozier is richly decorated with engraved and chased plant and geometric motifs.
The scroll, adorned with a profusion of scrollwork and foliage, features the scene of the Annunciation at its center.
The lower section is embellished with a design of snakes.
In the style of medieval Limousin craftsmanship.
Measures 34.5 cm by 16 cm wide, mounted on a transparent cubic base measuring 10 cm by 10 cm.
Shows signs of use—no shaft.
