This elegant Empire-style centerpiece combines the refinement of cut crystal with the expressive power of gilded bronze. Its flared bowl, accented at the neck by delicate faceted cuts and flat ribs at the base, showcases a wide geometric frieze carved in diamond-point patterns that beautifully capture the light. The ensemble rests on a richly chased gilt-bronze tripod base, formed of three winged figures of draped children extending into powerful lion’s paws.
