The sofa we are presenting rests on five curved legs, carved with foliage, volutes,
acanthus leaves, and shells.
Its curved apron is finely decorated with flat shells characteristic of the Regency style, as is a
double-scalloped backrest that echoes the same decorative motifs. The
armrests, meanwhile, are adorned with large acanthus leaves.
