A pair of small Medici vases made of cast iron, dating from the 19th century.
Flared in shape, they rest on a circular pedestal and feature a wide, fluted neck. Each is decorated on both sides with small stylized heads in relief that can serve as handles.
The bottoms are perforated to allow water to drain.
They have retained a beautiful antique patina, with significant natural oxidation of the cast iron and particularly decorative shades of brown, orange, and greenish hues. Signs of wear and corrosion consistent with their age are visible in the photographs.
