Inner lining made of brown waxed sheepskin cut into 7 wolf teeth shapes with an iron tightening buckle.
Wolf-tooth sections with 2 slits to thread the chin strap through. Black inner cap with a label bearing the inscription “Tambour Major” First Empire.
Dimensions: height 25 and 26 cm; diameter 26 cm. Plume made of two-tone green and scarlet rooster feathers.
