Antique Solid Oak Workbench – Mid-19th Century
A beautiful mid-19th-century butcher's block / prep table, made entirely of solid oak.
This beautifully crafted piece of professional furniture consists of a base with three front-opening drawers featuring patinated metal handles, topped by a crossbar shelf. A fourth hanging drawer is positioned immediately beneath the main tabletop. The entire piece is supported by four baluster-turned legs resting on ball feet.
Beautiful patina from use, marked by time and wear on the authentic top.
Entirely treated with Xylophene and nourished/waxed. The piece is sound, very stable, and in perfect presentation condition. Very beautiful patina!
