Opaline glass bowl vase on a shower-shaped base, white, from the Val-Saint-Lambert factory (Belgium).
Naturalistic painted design depicting two wading birds at the water’s edge. Accented with circular gilding.
Probably from the second half of the 19th century. Possibly designed by René Foller.
The vase is in excellent condition; there is some discoloration of the paint on the base and fading of the gilding in certain areas due to use.
No mark or signature.
