Molded, Carved Oak Sideboard. Louis XV Style, 18th Century.
A substantial regional sideboard made of solid oak, dating from the late 18th century, in the Louis XV style.
The front features three doors and a central drawer.
The beautiful front is richly carved with flowering branches, foliage, and volutes, featuring molded panels and a scalloped lower rail.
The upper section is accented by an elegant carved frieze. The interior, offering ample storage space, was later fitted with shelves and lined with a floral fabric (which will be removed for the sale).
Traditional antique construction, with a back made of wide vertical planks. Beautiful oak patina and particularly decorative proportions.
