The tang features fluted mother-of-pearl plates; the hilt is adorned with an eagle with outstretched wings resting on a trophy of arms.
Guard branch chiseled with foliage and featuring an eagle’s head at the center.
Triangular blade, blued and gilded, bearing the cutler’s mark “IHS.”

Black leather scabbard with two copper fittings decorated with line work (no gilding remaining)
Leather restoration (likely broken and repaired), re-varnished.
