Jug With A Spout. Gilded Bronze. Spanish School, 17th Century.
Jug with a spout. Gilded bronze. Spanish school, 17th century.
It has some flaws.
Small gilded bronze jug with a circular base; the body is engraved with plant and architectural motifs and features a spout on one side and a ribbed “C”-shaped handle. Its characteristics are similar to those of silver pieces from the Madrid school of the last third of the 17th century; however, as this was a highly sought-after and common type in Spain at the time, it should be noted that these small jugs were also produced in South America and Italy.
Weight: 250 grams. · Dimensions: 7 x 11 x 10 cm
