The central medallion depicts a polychrome romantic scene set in a romantic landscape, surrounded by floral borders. The reverse bears an apocryphal red mark reading “Château des Tuileries.” French work in the style of the Sèvres Manufactory, likely from the late 19th or early 20th century.
