Mixed media (oil, silver and gold metallic paints) on cardboard, 61 × 44.5 cm.Signed “MIODRAG” in the lower left corner.On the left, a large silvery area, almost mineral in appearance. On the right, reddish-orange organic forms stand out against a gold and yellow background, outlined in deep greens.
Imprints and textures emerge within the red material. Light plays between the silver, gold, and reds: depending on the angle, the surface shifts between lyrical abstraction and apparition.

Exhibitions included shows in Rome, Florence, Paris, Brussels, Dallas, and Miami.Moving beyond geometric Op Art, he explored a variety of styles and media: oil, paper, cardboard, and silkscreen. Here, the painterly gesture—silver, gold, organic red, and textures—results in a piece that is both decorative and meticulously crafted in its materiality.
