Early cast (made during the artist’s lifetime) signed “BARYE” on the base, Barye studio, with the dealer’s mark “Maison Marnyhac 1 Rue de La Paix. Paris.”
Unpublished sculpture; the only known copy to date bearing the Marnyhac mark.
