"HIRSCHAFRANGER" short sword, Type M 1810, Prussian, 19th century.
Intended for elite marksmen companies, with no regimental insignia on the guard, modeled after the ducal hunting knives of the Duchy of ANHACT (1810).
Single-edged blade with a flat back and no hollow sections, bearing a hallmark at the blade heel.
Short crossguard and rivet stud.
Black leather scabbard with two brass fittings, a buttoned pommel, and a square-tipped scabbard tip.
