China. Large Porcelain Teapot.
I am offering this large Chinese teapot, which features a bamboo-inspired shape on its upper section and spout. The body is decorated with two scenes depicting birds in gardens. The teapot is decorated in underglaze blue and iron-red throughout, with a poem on the back referencing Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty (1563–1620).
The bottom of the teapot is unglazed.
