Bust Of A Woman In A Circular Frame
Carved from a single piece of high-quality wood, this bust of a woman has been very finely sculpted with great skill. Depicted in profile, she has a full, wavy head of hair that falls gracefully over her shoulder. She rests against a gilded background. This tondau frames the figure, and the thick molding lends the piece a powerful appearance. A few holes from wood-boring insects are visible, as well as damage in a more brittle section. This sculpture has been treated. A hook on the back allows for secure hanging. Weight: 1 kg
