​About the Artist
​Louis Weger (1903–1974) was a watercolorist of the Provençal School, particularly renowned for his seascapes, calanques, and landscapes of the French Riviera and Marseille. A prominent member of the Atelier Cézanne in Marseille, his works are featured in auctions and highly regarded by collectors of Provençal art.
