A charming drawing in pen and gray ink wash, depicting a young, nude goddess with her hair blowing in the wind, holding a veil billowing in the zephyr to shield her sleeping baby from the sun. She is reclining in a shell-shaped boat. In very good condition; a faint, lighter line runs across the upper part of the young woman’s torso, the result of an old crease. It does not interfere with viewing the drawing. In the antique style. The top of the drawing is rounded.
